Hello all,

Happy New Year to you and your crew, and hope this finds you each doing well. Just a quick update...

We elected to postpone today's chemo until next Monday based on a lingering respiratory infection. This all started up before Christmas as either the flu or Covid, and then settled in as a respiratory infection. I went ahead with chemo on New Year's Eve while in the middle of that, and it really knocked me down pretty good. So we decided to move the chemo back so I could recover a bit more and do some healing.

Definitely some sickness going around as usual this time of year, and I'm trying to be a little more intentional about minimizing those risks while my immune system is working hard already.

On a quick side note (and the reason for the pic), it was a great weekend celebrating my daughter, Stella, who turned 12! That happened fast. Stella, like her Momma, is good at being herself, which is not easy at 12. She is kind and generous with others, which makes me proud as hell. Grateful for all the adventures with Stella and the many more to come.

Thanks, as always, for the prayers and good thoughts sent our way. The best way I can describe it is that they have offered this tailwind for me and us through this whole experience. Thank you.
